Welcome to Transition Lacrosse
Transition Lacrosse was founded by Westfield HS Varsity Coach Patrick Tuohy and Immaculata HS Varsity Coach Thomas Mott with the goal of helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field. Transition Lacrosse also offers a platform to assist players with the recruiting process as they progress with their career.

Congratulations to Transition 2023 and 2025 for winning their divisions at the Battle at Monmouth this past weekend! Great effort by all the boys and a great opening weekend for the program.

Transition 2025 Wins the Pumpkin Shootout

Huge congrats to our 2025 team for bringing home the championship at the Pumpkin Shootout. The boys played great team ball against very tough competition. #HardWork

Thank you for a great summer. Danny really enjoyed this summer and benefited greatly from the experience. You guys did a tremendous job keeping the kids excited and most importantly the kids were coached and taught to play the game this summer. It’s not often this can be said but I truly believe most, if not all, the boys got better through the course of this short season. 
Compliments to the two of you. Unlike most summer programs you guys genuinely care about your summer team.
